<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic film that is superior in film strength and power generation efficiency, a manufacturing method therefor, a fuel cell equipped therewith, and to provide a manufacturing method of the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic film is provided with a porous material layer having a through-hole filled with an electrolyte; and an inorganic material layer, formed opposite to at least to one among the main surfaces of the porous material layer and having an opening filled with the electrolyte. Moreover, the manufacturing method of the solid electrolytic film is provided with a step of forming the inorganic material layer in face to face with the main surface of the porous material layer with the through-hole, a step of forming the opening in the inorganic material layer, and a step of filling the electrolyte into the through-hole and the opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
