<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery system which effectively maintains its fine performance regardless of the presence or absence of the abnormality of a pressure sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel battery system includes an entrance side gas detecting pressure sensor 22 which detects the pressure of air in an upstream of a fuel battery stack 12 at the delivery side of an air compressor 16, an exit side gas detecting pressure sensor 28 which detects the pressure of an air-off gas in a downstream of the fuel battery stack 12, and a control unit 30. The control unit 30 has a pressure sensor abnormality determining means which determines that abnormality has occurred at the exit side gas detecting pressure sensor 28 if an air delivery rate by the air compressor 16 is almost zero and ¾P1-P2¾>Pc is satisfied when pressure detection values from the entrance side gas detecting pressure sensor 22 and the exit side gas detecting pressure sensor 28 are P1, P2, respectively, and a predetermined positive threshold is Pc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
