<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable light-emitting element by suppressing the generation of migration which grows outward. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting element comprises a substrate 11, a semiconductor layer 12 comprising a light-emitting layer 122 laminated on the substrate 11, an n electrode 13, and a p electrode 14. The p electrode 14 comprises a P bonding electrode 143 with which an inspection probe is in contact, a first reflecting electrode 142a laminated on a position with which the inspection probe is in contact via the p bonding electrode 143, and a second reflecting electrode 142b laminated on the same layer as the first reflecting electrode 142a. The first reflecting electrode 142a is formed of Rh and the like which are metals which relatively produce less migration than those of the second reflecting electrode 142b formed of Ag or Ag alloy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
