PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measuring system of a low power consumption type, which transmits suitable data in a suitable timing.

SOLUTION: A biological information measuring device 10 has: sensors 100, 101 for measuring biological information; a holding means 104 for holding the measurement result; a communication status measuring means 106 for measuring the current status; a timing control means 108 for determining whether or not it is timing of transmitting to an information terminal 20 based on the communication state; and a first transmit means 110 for transmitting to the information terminal 20 the measurement result held by the holding means 103 in a transmit timing, wherein the information terminal 20 has a first receiving means 200 for receiving the measurement result from the biological information measuring device 10 and an analysis means 202 for analyzing the measurement result.
