<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacturing processes, and shorten an assembly lead time. <P>SOLUTION: The hose joint is provided with a joint main body part 80 having a base part 81a of which a diameter is integrally enlarged from a connection end of a pipe 81, and a sleeve part 81b integrally formed in a cylinder shape from an outer circumference of the base part 81a, and having a fitting hole for fitting the hose 83, and a nipple 82 having a fixed end inserted in the connection end of the pipe 81, connected to a fluid flow passage, and pressed in the hose 83 and connected when the hose 83 is fitted in the fitting hole. A nipple insertion part 81c with the nipple 82 of the pipe 81 inserted, and the sleeve part 81b with the hose 83 pressed in are cramped and fastened from an outer circumference side. Therefore, only the two parts of the nipple insertion part 81c and the sleeve part 81b are cramped and fastened from the outer circumference side in assembling, and thus simultaneous processing in one type of a facility can be achieved, and the manufacturing processes can be simplified and the assembly lead time can be shortened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
