<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure documents by a simple structure in a document management system. <P>SOLUTION: The document management system connects a client PC 2 for managing document data and a server via a LAN 4. The client PC 2 comprises a secondary storage part 23 for storing document data, a communication part 26 for communicating with the server, and a document processing part 21 for permitting to interpret the document data stored in the secondary storage part 23 as document content information when the communication part 26 successfully communicates with the server and prohibiting the interpretation of the document data as document content information when the communication part 26 fails in communication with the server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
