PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide trousers designed so that the lower part of a dress shirt worn is prevented from being transparently seen from outside, having no defect of getting stuffy, enabling extreme reduction in liner cloth while a liner prevents transparency of the dress shirt. SOLUTION: The trousers are provided with a trouser body part 2, and a liner 4 made of mesh cloth and fixed to the inside of the trouser body part 2. The liner 4 is set up almost over the whole area of the trouser ranging from a waist belt part 10 at the inside of the trouser body part 2 to the vicinity of the crotch part of the trouser body part 2 except for the cloth part 6a of a front pocket 6 formed at the inside of the trouser body part 2, and the back-side cloth 8a of a back pocket 8 formed at the inside of the trouser body part 2 is formed of the liner.
