<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC power supply for operating a plurality of high-frequency power converters in parallel, reducing a difference between current values shared by power supply systems, and making a uniform current sharing realizable. <P>SOLUTION: The AC power supply 1 is provided with rectifiers 101-1, 2, smoothing capacitors 102-1, 2, high-frequency power converters 103-1, 2, series resonance circuits 4-1, 2 having series resonance circuits 2-1, 2 and coils 3-1, 2, and insulating transformers 107-1, 2. The series resonance circuits 2-1, 2 are configured in two power supply systems so as to share capacitors 4-1, 2. Even if there is a slight difference between the inductances of the coils 3-1, 2 and a difference between the capacitances of the capacitors 4-1, 2, a difference in the current between the power supply systems is canceled by an effect, since they affect both the current values in the first and in second power supply systems. Hence,they are absorbed by the shared capacitors 4-1, 2, and the effect on the current difference between the power supply systems is restrained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
