<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive paste which can be burned at a low-temperature and exhibits excellent sensitivity to a radiation even if it is a thick film, and to provide a transcription film. <P>SOLUTION: The inorganic powder containing composition (a photosensitive paste) comprises (A) a glass powder, (B) a binding resin, (C) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate, and (D) a photopolymerization initiator and is characterized in that the mean particle diameter, the maximum particle diameter and the specific surface area of the glass powder are in the following ranges: the specific surface area ≤2.0 m<SP>2</SP>/g, 2.0 μm≤ the mean particle diameter ≤4.0 μm, and the maximum particle diameter ≤15 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
