<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic module capable of easily confirming connection reliability at an ACF connection part. <P>SOLUTION: A lead-out wiring 2 of a substrate 1 which is an electronic member such as a display panel is connected to an ACF connection wiring 5 of an FPC4 using an ACF9, so that the FPC4 is electrically conductive to the substrate 1. Branch parts 6 branching in two from the ACF connection wiring 5 extends upto the end edge of the FPC4. Since low resistance measurement of the connection part is available using the branch part 6 and the lead-out wiring 2 of the substrate 1, failure of the ACF connection part is discriminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
