PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the capacity of a waste toner storage container to the maximum possible extent by filling the entire part of the waste toner storage container with a toner. SOLUTION: A coil auger 105 which consists of a long elongated shape and is arranged in a part of a region including an aperture 101 of the entire area in a longitudinal direction on a side arranged with the aperture 101 in a width direction of the container section 100B storing the toner carried-in from the aperture 101 conveys the toner in a longitudinal direction, and a first restriction plate 107 and/or a second restriction plate 108 restricts the conveyance of the toner with respect to the direction including the toner conveyance direction and width direction within the container section 100B at the downstream side in the conveyance direction of the toner more than a region arranged with the coil auger 105, wherein the first and second restriction plates 107 and 108 are arranged so as to tilt to the extension line of the conveyance direction.
