PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condominium interphone system which allows a visitor to recognize that the visitor is on the wrong floor when the visitor has advanced onto a floor different from a floor having a visit destination residence. SOLUTION: A controller 9 has a controller memory 57 for storing route information associating individual sitting rooms with a floor hallway intercom 5, card information and visit destination information, and a controller CPU 58 for determining unlocking by comparing card information read by a card reader 7 and the stored card information. When the controller CPU 58 determines that the card information read by the card reader 7 is incorrect and the unlocking card is for auto door equipment 6 on a different floor, it provides control to give guidance information that the visitor is on the wrong floor via the floor hallways intercom 5 operated for unlocking.
