PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a Fabry-Perot element which is easy to control the distance between the optical reflective films and can suppress their inclinations. SOLUTION: The Fabry-Perot element includes a first substrate which has a first light reflective film formed on the surface at the center, silicon films formed at both ends, and a first thin gold film formed on those silicon films; and a second substrate which has a second light reflective film formed on the surface at the center, and a second thin gold films formed at both ends wherein the second thin gold films are joined to the first thin gold film so that the second light reflective film face the first light reflective film.
