PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blower for reducing an interference sound generated from the approach of a support part and a fan, and to provide a small and low noise ventilating fan for a pipe mounted with this air blower, in the air blower used in a narrow space. SOLUTION: This air blower for restraining generation of the interference sound is provided by arranging a cutout 10 without reducing a workload of a blade 1 in a blade outer peripheral part 19 for expanding a clearance in an approaching area of the fan 3 and the connecting support part 5. The low noise ventilating fan for the pipe is provided by mounting this air blower on the ventilating fan for the pipe. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
