PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve sealing structure allowing highly accurate setting of the width of a channel formed when a valve is opened by preventing seal elements from being easily fatigued like a rubber packing, in the valve sealing structure having a structure that a pair of seal elements mutually approach and separate in accordance with valve opening/closing operation. SOLUTION: One seal element abutting to be freely approachable/separable on the other seal element is composed of a plate spring member 16 having a shape with a flat plate previously machined into a three-dimensional structure and exhibiting spring property at the time of compression, and a seal rubber 17a is attached to the abutting part 16c of the plate spring member 16. The plate spring member 16 has an inclined part 16b integrally molded with an attachment section 16a. The inclined part 16b has a shape that receives fluid pressure when the valve is closed and pushes the seal rubber 17a to the one seal element. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
