PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston ring and a wear-ring having combined advantages of a cut-type and an endless-type, bearing structures of a piston wherein these rings are employed, and to provide a fluid pressure cylinder. SOLUTION: The piston ring 1 has a joint part 2a at an arbitrary part on the periphery. One end 2 facing to the joint part 2a is formed in a male shape 4a comprising a neck part 2b connected to the joint 2a and a head part 2c connected to the neck part 2b. The other end 3 is formed in a female shape 4b to be fit to the male shape 4a. Both ends are not separated, even if a force acts in the peripheral direction, because the male shape 4a in this one end 2 is fit into the female shape 4b in the other end 3.
