PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide power take-off clutch operation structure for a working vehicle capable of properly operating a PTO clutch for transmission/shut-off in response to a drive for hoisting a working device in the case of the PTO clutch operation structure comprising a hoist lever and a position control means. SOLUTION: The PTO clutch operation structure for a working vehicle comprises the hoist lever 12 to be artificially operated over a predetermined range A1, and the position control means. A first PTO switching position A4 is set lower than the highest position A3 of the predetermined range A1, and a second PTO switching position A5 is set lower than the first PTO switching position A4. When the hoist lever 12 is operated to the hoist-up side over the first PTO switching position A4, a PTO clutch 29 is operated into the shut-off state, and when the hoist lever 12 is operated to the hoist-down side over the second PTO switching position A5, the PTO clutch 29 is operated into the transmission state.
