PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary shorts which improves fittedness of an absorbent article attached to the shorts. SOLUTION: The sanitary shorts 1 are used with an absorbent article attached to its crotch section 4. A shape keeping piece 7 having a three-dimensional shape is arranged on and fixed to the crotch section 4. The shape keeping piece 7 has a peak in its thickness direction. The horizontal cross section of the shape keeping piece 7 is formed from a curved line except for a part near the bottom face. The peak is arranged to face the crotch of a wearer.
