PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic beauty appliance which makes it possible to treat the skin to details and has both of a beauty effect by ultrasonic vibrations and a beauty effect by energizing of a small voltage pulse string to a subcutaneous tissue. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic beauty appliance comprises a cylindrical probe head 10 with a top and a gripping main body 30 for supporting the probe head 10, the outer surface of the top plate 11 of the probe head 10 is turned to a skin contact surface 12, and the top plate 11 is ultrasonically vibrated through an ultrasonic vibrator 20 provided to the inner surface side of the top plate. An opening 13 is formed at the center of the top plate 11 of the probe head 10 and the ultrasonic vibrator 20 is turned to a ring shape having a center hole 21 made to correspond to the opening 13 of the top plate.
