PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food processing equipment for more effectively separating refuse from an object to be processed. SOLUTION: At least the bottom wall of the cross section of a water tank 12 is formed in a circular arc shape, and a side edge opening part 22 is arranged on an upper edge part 21a of one side of the water tank 12. A gutter part 26 is arranged at the outside of the upper edge part 21a provided with the side edge opening part 22 and a reed screen part 23. A separating part 27a is arranged at a part of the gutter part 26. A drained water collecting part 27 is arranged at a lower side of the separating part 27a. A water delivering device 31 is arranged at a side wall or bottom wall of a side on which the side edge opening part 22 is arranged. The processing equipment separates and removes refuse attaching to an object to be processed by producing prescribed stream current from the water delivering device 31, separating the stream current into prescribed first stream current and second stream current, discharging refuse to the gutter part 26 along with the first stream current going toward the side edge opening part 22, and sending the object to be processed from which refuse is separated to the bottom of the water tank 12 along with the second stream current going toward the bottom of the water tank 12 followed by again putting on the stream current.
