According to the invention, inflatable buoyancy bodies (5) are kept, for example, in existing storage housings (3) on the outside of the vehicle (1). The addditional use of the outside air (7.2) enables more air to be supplied to the buoyancy bodies at a low pressure than the sole use of the on-board compressed air system.
