<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve positioning accuracy during joining of a shroud and a blade by ultrasonic welding. <P>SOLUTION: The turbo fan 23 is provided with a substantially disc-like hub 24, the circular shroud 25 facing the hub 24, having a circular opening 25a in a center part, and spreading toward the hub 24, and a circular blade partition plate 26 having a circular opening 26a in a center part and formed by integrating pluralities of upper blades 26c and lower blades 26d on a partition plate 26b vertically partitioning a passage between the hub 24 and the shroud 25. A step part 26e is provided on an upper end of the upper blade 26c of the blade partition plate 26, a step part 25b corresponding to the step part 26e of the upper blade 26c is provided on a spreading portion of the shroud 25 to be used as a positioning guide, a hole is provided in a flat face 26f of the step part 26e of the upper blade 26c, and a boss corresponding to the hole is provided on a flat face 25c of the step part 25b of the shroud 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
