<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device having a sealing device which prevents penetration of foreign matter between an outer ring and inner rings through the abutted end surfaces of the two inner rings and has a structure easy to assemble. <P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing device 1 has the outer ring 2, the two inner rings 3, and two or more rolling elements 4 arranged between the outer ring 2 and the inner rings 3, and has the sealing device 5 provided between the outer ring 2 and the two inner rings 3. The sealing device 5 has a metal ring 5a fitted in an inner peripheral surface between two raceway surfaces 2a of the outer ring 2, and two seal lips 5b, 5c extending from the metal ring 5a toward the inner rings 3.
