摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost dye-sensitized solar cell having satisfactory performance. <P>SOLUTION: This dye-sensitized solar cell executes photoelectric conversion by the oxidation-reduction reaction of iodine, and platinum is effective for a catalyst-reducing iodine and is in practical use. However, since platinum is very expensive, when an electrode is constituted of elemental platinum, manufacturing cost will increase.
