PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of color lens capable of improving a dying time and a manufacturing time.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of color lens comprises: a coating process of applying a coating liquid for forming a dyeable hard coat layer directly or via other layer on the lens base material; a first heating process of heating a lens base material coated with the coating liquid at T1°C for t1hr after the coating process; a dyeing process of immersing the heated lens base material into a dyeing liquid after the first heating process and dyeing the lens base material; and a second heating process of heating the dyed lens base material at T2°C for t2hr after the dyeing process.
