<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical interconnection part which can provide a conductive path in a wide application condition and has a high versatility. <P>SOLUTION: A first magnetic element 16 is arranged as shown in a dashed line inside a first conductive element 12 and a second magnetic element 18 is arranged inside a second conductive element 14. When opposite poles of the first and the second magnetic elements 16, 18 are arranged close to each other, a magnetic force F is created between the two magnetic elements. When the first and the second magnetic elements 16, 18 are magnetically coupled, a conductive path is formed between the first and the second conductive elements 12, 14.
