<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, low-resistance coil component where the coil component is stable quantitatively since a change in an inductance value is small. <P>SOLUTION: The coil component 1 comprises: a drum core 2 that has a columnar winding core section 23 and a pair of collar sections 21, 22 provided at both the axial ends of the winding core section 23 and is formed by a manganese-base material; winding 7 directly wound around the winding core section 23; a first division core 4 and a second division core 5 arranged at the outer periphery of the drum core 2 with a gap each other; a nonmagnetic layer 82 provided between a first side 21A and an inner curved surface 4A; a nonmagnetic layer 85 provided between a second side 22A and an inner curved surface 5A; and a line connection section arranged at the gap section of the division cores. Since a magnetic gap is formed by the nonmagnetic layers 82, 85, a change in an inductance value due to an increase/decrease of a current value can be reduced. Since the wiring 7 is wound directly, an effective area for winding wires can be secured largely, thus reducing resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
