<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport controller which can transport an object to be processed to an appropriate stocker, taking transport conditions and processing conditions in a processor into consideration. <P>SOLUTION: In a production line comprising the processors E1-E3, a main stocker W1, at least one sub stockers W2 and W3, and a transport device 2, the transport controller 1 which controls the transport device 2 is provided with a processing control part 11 for controlling the processors E1-E3 and the transport device 2 and a stocker determination part 14 for determining a storage destination stocker for storing the object to be processed until the processing of the next process every time the processing is ended in each process. The stocker determination part 14 calculates the expected number of the objects to be processed in the main stocker on the basis of the number of the objects to be processed under transportation to the main stocker, the number of the objects to be processed under the processing of the next process and the number of the objects to be processed stored in the main stocker, and determines the main stocker as the storage destination stocker in the case that the expected number does not exceed a prescribed upper limit value and determines the sub stocker as the storage destination stocker in the case that it exceeds the prescribed upper limit value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
