PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device, a manufacturing facility, a tire manufacturing facility, a heat exchange method and a tire manufacturing method, capable of effectively using cooling energy discharged when vaporizing liquefied gas. SOLUTION: This heat exchange device 10 is constituted so that a carburetor 16 of the liquefied gas vaporized by heating the liquefied gas, is arranged in a cooling tower (a vessel) 17, and the cooling tower 17 is provided with an inlet 17a injecting cooling water 8 cooling systems 7A, 7B and 7C in the tire manufacturing facility 1, and is provided with an outlet 17b draining the cooling water 8 to a water tank 18 possesed by the cooling tower 17.
