GAS PERMEABLE LAMINATE PROVIDED WITH HIGH ABRASION RESISTANCE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material provided with not only gas permeability but abrasion resistance and being able to construct so as to change the gas permeability.

SOLUTION: The problem above described can be solved by providing a laminated body provided with at least the first layer having a substrate containing fiber and the second layer containing compatibly hard particles dispersed in a polymer matrix wherein the second layer is mechanically adhered to at least some of fibers in the first layer. The first layer described above gives a bulkiness and strength and the second layer described above contains a hard mineral such as calcium carbonate for giving a conrollable gas permeability and at least some of the fibers in the substrate layer in the second layer are partially capsulated.
