<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate constraints of usable pan materials and enable users to freely use inexpensive pans. <P>SOLUTION: A heating coil A3, a heating coil B4, and an output control substrate 6 with an inverter circuit mounted for discriminating whether a heated object 13 is a magnetic material or a nonmagnetic material and supplying high frequency power for the magnetic material or the nonmagnetic material, respectively, to the heating coil A3 and the heating coil B4 based on the discrimination results, are arranged in a main body 1. The heating coils A3, B4 are to be able to heat both heated objects of a magnetic material and a nonmagnetic material. When the heated objects of a magnetic and a nonmagnetic materials are mounted on an insulation plate 2 corresponding to the heating coils A3, B4, the output control substrate 6 controls so as to supply high-frequency power of different frequencies for a magnetic material and a nonmagnetic material to the heated objects 13. When the heated object 13 of a nonmagnetic material is mounted on the insulation plate 2 corresponding to the heating coils A3, B4, the output control substrate 6 controls to supply high-frequency power of a frequency for the nonmagnetic material to the heated object 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
