<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle capable of mounting a fuel tank by a simple structure, suppressing cost by reducing the number of exclusive components necessary for the mounting, and reducing a stress concentration in the fuel tank caused by the mounting. <P>SOLUTION: In the working vehicle, an engagement part 31d is formed on one side of a front part or a rear part of a fuel tank 31, rear supporting frames 38 are formed on body frames 8, 8 for loading the fuel tank 31, and the fuel tank 31 is fixed by making the engagement part 31d engaged with the rear supporting frame 38. Fixing flanges 31a, 31b are provided on the side of the front part or the rear part of the fuel tank 31 on which any engagement part 31d is not formed, and the fixing flanges 31a, 31b are coupled with the body frames 8, 8 by coupling members.
