PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress changes due to aging of a connection resistance between a conductor pattern and a conductive material.

SOLUTION: A connecting part 4 connected to the conductor pattern on the surface of an insulating base material 2 has at least one concave part 24 on the surface of the connecting part 4, and the connecting parts of the conductor pattern are electrically connected by the conductive material 28 that fills the concave part 24 of the connecting part 4 and adheres to the connecting part 4.
