PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of abnormal oscillation by signal leak even if miniaturizing a device for allowing the input section of an amplification circuit to approach an output section. SOLUTION: An antenna device 1 has: an antenna element 2 having a reception means 7 for receiving radio waves; a circuit board 3 on which the amplification circuit for amplifying an input signal from the antenna element 2 is formed and the input section 3b from the antenna element 2 and the output section 3c of an amplified signal are provided; and a shield cover 5 that covers the amplification circuit on the circuit board 3 for shielding interference waves and is grounded. Between the input section 3b on the circuit board 3 inside the shield cover 5, and the output section 3c, a shield wall 8 is formed, where the shield wall is grounded and shields the signal leak between the input and output sections 3b, 3c.
