PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a joining force without losing workability at binding an inner magnetic shield and/or a contact spring to a mask flame by using a clamping spring. SOLUTION: The clamping spring 30 has a nearly V-shape as a whole, and includes a pair of arm parts 31a, 31b and a top part 32 between them. On respective parts of the pair of arms, bent parts 33a, 33b protruded toward the opposite side each other are formed. The clamping spring, when the pair of the arm parts have been elastically deformed so as to approach each other, has a shape that bent parts formed in the respective arm parts pass each other.
