PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open and close a flap synchronized with timing of loading of a tray. SOLUTION: An operation piece 30 is formed at a traverse unit to be linked with the movement of the tray. An opening and closing lever 31 is pivotally supported between the operation piece 3 and the flap 10; one end of the opening and closing lever 31 is engaged with the operation piece 3, and a drive gear part 35 engaged with a driven gear part 36 formed at the flap 10 is formed at the other end of the opening and closing lever 31. The operation piece 30 is moved in the vertical direction by the elevating operation of the traverse unit; the opening and closing lever 31 is rotated by vertical movement of the operation piece 30, and the flap 10 closing a tray drawing out opening 9 is opened and closed by engagement of the drive gear part 35 and the driven gear part 36.
