PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a log integrated management system using a browser to analyze/monitor logs and acquire a form by extracting necessary log information from a plurality of applications in real time. SOLUTION: A log integrated management server is provided with a log acquiring part for reading the log information of the plurality of applications, a log shaping part for shaping contents of the acquired logs, and a log storing part for storing the shaped log information in a log integrated management file, and a web server is provided with a log extraction condition acquiring part for acquiring an extraction condition of log information on the basis of input information from a management terminal, a log integrated management file referring part for accessing the log integrated management file and extracting the necessary shaped log information in accordance with the acquired log extraction condition, a log extraction information displaying part for displaying an extraction result of the shaped log information on a screen, and an audit form outputting part for using log information extracted for image display to print out an audit form in a format defined by a form definition element.
