PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variation in data potential during switching of a data line to be driven. SOLUTION: When a temperature signal Tc is supplied from a temperature sensor 500, a data line controller 110 generates control signals (CN1, XCN1, CN2, XCN2, CN3, and XCN3) according to settings and supplies them to transmission gates of respective selection units Ur, Ug, and Ub to control operations of P-channel transistors (TP1, TP2, and TP3) for charge injection and N-channel transistors (TN1, TN2, and TN3) for charge extraction.
