PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismic control structure of connected structures, which is excellent in economical efficiency, safety and habitability, and which can reduce (suppress) a vertical seismic ground motion, acting on the building, by contriving a structure of a tie-beam for connecting the buildings together. SOLUTION: This seismic control structure of the connected structures is constituted by connecting the plurality of buildings 1 and 1 to one another by means of the tie-beam 2. A connecting portion between an end of the tie-beam 2 and the building 1 is provided with a damper member 3 for absorbing energy generated by the vertical deformation of the tie-beam associated with the vertical seismic ground motion of the building 1, and has weight and rigidity acting as a mass damper.
