PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated arrangement electrical connector which comprises an insulating region and conducting regions disposed at a narrow pitch, is small in size, has a high resistance to changes in the environmental temperature, and is capable of displaying its performance stably and where the boundaries between the insulating region and conducting regions are properly adjusted, by forming the isolated conducting regions present in the insulating region, through a method where the desired parts of the insulating region, which is, at least partially formed of a porous insulating material, are selectively impregnated with a conductive material. SOLUTION: The integrated arrangement electrical connector is equipped with an insulating region, formed of insulating material and the isolated conducting regions which are positioned in the insulating region; and at a part of the insulating region is a porous insulating region, formed of a porous insulating material, and the conducting regions are formed by making the porous insulating region selectively impregnated with a conductive material.
