PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the quality of a film. SOLUTION: The film manufacturing apparatus has a first roll, a second roll, a belt 23 stretched between the first and second rolls under tension and comprising a material having high heat conductivity and having a transfer mold formed on its surface, a pressing roll 15 arranged opposite to the first roll through the belt 23, a peeling roll 16 arranged opposed to the second roll through the belt 23 and a heater arranged on the upstream side of a transfer part p1 in the running direction of the belt 23 adjacent to the transfer part p1 to heat the belt 23. The surface temperature of the belt 23 is not lowered until the belt 23 arrives at the transfer part p1 to be held to a temperature higher than a glass transition point. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
