PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish hook-removing device to change a direction of the needle point of a fish hook which is invisible as it sticks deep in a fish mouth and be taken out without sticking to other parts in drawing out the fish hook in a simple structure. SOLUTION: The fish hook-removing device has a gourd-shaped slidable hollow pipe 1, a fish hook-removing member 2 adapted to the hollow shape of the gourd-shaped hollow pipe 1 and installed in the gourd-shaped hollow pipe 1, a fish hook through-hole 2a formed on the tip of the fish hook-removing member 2 in a size for passing through the fish hook and a notch 2c leading to the fish hook through-hole formed in a width able to pass a leader. By sliding the gourd-shaped hollow pipe 1 in the direction of the tip of the fish hook-removing member 2 in a state in which the fish hook 3 is hung on the the fish hook through-hole 2a, the tip 1a of the gourd-shaped hollow pipe 1 is pressed to the tip 2d of the fish hook through-hole 2a with nipping the fish hook 3 to fix the fish hook 3, while the fish hook 3 is a little forced to change the direction of its tip, therefor, when removing the fish hook 3 from a fish mouth, the direction of the tip of the fish hook 3 is changed to the opposite direction to the pulling direction of the fish hook-removing device and the fish hook 3 can be taken out without sticking to other parts in the fish mouth.
