The integrated semiconductor component (100) has a function block (101), a power control unit (102) which produces a supply voltage from a input voltage. The controller (103) determines actual operating condition from two operating conditions of the integrated semiconductor component. The frequency spectrum is adjusted in dependence of the actual operating condition. An independent claim is also included for a method of controlling voltage supply of function block.
