The IC card is a flash memory card (306) equipped with a flash memory. The flash memory card (306) can be inserted in a secure IC mounted Plug-in SIM adaptor (305a) and/or a miniUICC adaptor (305b). When the flash memory card (306) is inserted in the Plug-in SIM adaptor (305a) or the miniUICC adaptor (305b), it operates as an extended memory attached SIM or an extended memory attached miniUICC, so that the flash memory card (306) is characterized in that it can be physically separated from the Plug-in SIM adaptor (305a) and/or the miniUICC adaptor (305b).</p>
