<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder conveying device in which a time required to drive and convey a powder pump one time is set as a fixed driving time, a predicted value for a quantity of powder conveyance is more accurately calculated by the number of times of driving the powder pump, and to provide an image forming apparatus that has the powder conveyance device. <P>SOLUTION: The time required to drive and supply the powder pump one time is set as a fixed driving time, a predicted value C<SB>1</SB>for toner supply is calculated by the number of times of driving the powder pump.
