<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer electric field conveying device capable of suppressing variance in conveyance amount of a developer by a progressive wave electric field in a width direction (in a main scanning direction), a developer supplying device equipped with the developer electric field conveying device, and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A toner supplying device 6 is configured to supply charged toner T to a latent image formation surface LS of a photoreceptor drum 3. The toner supplying device 6 contains a toner electric field conveying body 62. The toner electric field conveying body 62 includes a conveyance electrode 63a, a conveyance electrode support film 63b, and a conveyance electrode coating layer 63c. The conveyance electrode 63a is supported on a conveyance electrode support surface 63b1 being a surface of the conveyance electrode support film 63b.
