<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the size of an electronic apparatus, to maintain the design property thereof, and to prevent double reflection of a display section. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes a housing forming an outward shape, a substrate stored in the housing, a display installed on the substrate, and a panel which is installed in the housing and transmits an image of the display. The panel has a vapor-deposited layer and a paint layer composed of a pigment ink and a clear ink, provided on a surface.
