<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage due to computer virus or spyware by preventing a computer from being activated by data which may include computer virus or spyware until it is checked by a user, and to reduce the damage due to information leakage by preventing information in the computer from being output to the outside as a plain text without user's permission, and to protect information in the computer. <P>SOLUTION: Input data are decrypted by a decryption function 14. Any decryption data which can not be processed are stored in an unclear data storage function 22. The unclear data are encrypted by an encryption function 24 when checked by the user, and returned to the plain text. The input data restored to the plain text are presented to the user by an input confirmation function 28, and use permission is obtained. When outputting data, an output confirmation function 12 presents the output data to the user, and obtains output permission, and receives the designation as to whether to output plain text or encrypted text from the user.
