<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally administrate and control a large number of automatic tablet packaging machines by a single system. <P>SOLUTION: This integrated control system comprises an operation part for designating a specific automatic tablet packaging machine for which the state is desired to be conformed by inputting an operation signal for performing the function therein and inputting an operation signal for confirming the detail of the designated automatic tablet packaging machine and a signal for remote monitoring, a microprocessor incorporating the program for integrally performing the communication between a communication part for transmitting and receiving data through the automatic tablet packaging machines and an internal communication and the control of the stock of tablets and consumable parts, controlling the transmission/receiving of the data by the communication part, storing/analyzing the information on the stock and state of each automatic tablet packaging machine acquired through the communication part, and controlling the state display of the specific automatic tablet packaging machine and the operation of the device according to the analyzed results, a tote board display control part for controlling the display of the present stock amount and the presence or absence of abnormality of each packaging device by a display control signal, and a tote board for displaying the tablet stock amount and the presence or absence of abnormality of the device in each automatic tablet packaging machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
