<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transferring apparatus which economizes a data quantity to be transferred and which transfers data without a failure even when a time for transfer is long. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 44 of the data transferring apparatus 4 starts counting of a prescribed allowable time Tm after completion of the transfer of a head data file in a group of data files. When transferring of the group of the data files is not completed at the time of finishing the counting, the control part finishes the transfer in the middle. Moreover, the control part 44 measures the volume of received voice data and excludes the voice data from the group of data files when the volume of the voice data is smaller or larger than a prescribed threshold, to control the data transferring apparatus to avoid transferring the voice data to a center device 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
